Wednesday, February 11, 2015, beginning at 4 p.m. Students can sign up with Berks Cares to help out with an after school Reading Enrichment program with the Olivet Boys and Girls Club. Students will be reading to the kids and doing crafts with them as they relate to the selected readings.

Friday, February 13, from 1?2:30 p.m. Students can sign up in Campus Life to volunteer at the Animal Rescue League. Student will be walking dogs and helping with other cleaning and administrative tasks.

Tuesday, February 17, Berks Cares is hosting a Random Acts of Kindness Day on campus. The entire campus community is invited to join in by doing random acts of kindness, such as holding doors for others, telling someone to have a good day, buying coffee or tea for someone at Tully's or the Cyber Cafe, giving someone a genuine compliment on Twitter or Facebook, standing up for someone if he or she is being bullied, giving someone a hug, etc. More examples can be found at http://andthenwesaved.com/random-acts-of-kindness-ideas/.

Wednesday, February 25, beginning at 5 p.m. Students can sign up in Campus Life to cook dinner at Opportunity House. The van will leave campus at 5:00 p.m. Students will have the opportunity to serve the residents as well.
