Students, faculty and staff at Penn State Berks will welcome family and alumni to campus when the college hosts its annual Family and Homecoming Weekend, from Friday, Oct. 15, to Sunday, Oct. 17. This year’s theme is ‘As Seen on TV.’

The first round of the 2021 Penn State Women in Engineering (WE) Design Competition has kicked off with an online quiz bowl, open now until Friday, Sept. 24.

Penn State Berks police officers will offer free child safety seat inspections to the local community from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 25, at the Implement Building by the Peiffer House (corner of Broadcasting and Tulpehocken Roads) at Penn State Berks.

NFL defensive end Michael Sam will visit Penn State Berks at 7 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 7, as a part of the college’s Arts and Lecture Series. This event will take place in the Perkins Student Center Auditorium, and it is free and open to the public.

As part of the "Global Oscars Comes to Berks," Penn State Berks will present the 2019 film "Les Misérables," at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 21, in room 5 of the Luerssen Building. The presentation is free and open to the public.
