This summer, 15 Penn State Berks students traveled with their faculty adviser to Orange, Texas, to work with children affected by Hurricane Harvey as part of Camp Noah, a week-long day camp that responds to children touched by community disasters.

Ed Laquidara is the founder and curator of Animal Adventures, New England’s largest privately owned animal rescue center of its kind, and head speaker and animal handler for EdLaquidara.com, an exotic animal rescue and education organization. Laquida and his animal friends will visit the Berks campus on Aug. 29.
