As East Penn Manufacturing’s executive vice president and chief commercial officer, Pete Stanislawczyk leads the organization’s sales efforts, developing and implementing commercial strategies to maximize revenue and market share while fostering cross-functional teamwork to drive success. He oversees all the transportation sales segments including original equipment and aftermarket; all industrial segments including motive power and reserve power; and wire, cable, and battery accessories sales.

Stanislawczyk joined East Penn in 1992 as a territory sales representative, and most recently held the positions of senior vice president transportation sales and diversified products. In this role he was responsible for the company’s automotive battery business, leading the sales team and spearheading business development initiatives. Over the course of his career, he transitioned through increasing levels of leadership and managerial responsibilities that were instrumental in growing the transportation sales team and its customer base.

Prior to joining East Penn, Stanislawczyk earned a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Delaware. He pursued postgraduate studies at New Haven University. Stanislawczyk holds an Executive Certificate of Leadership from Lehigh University’s Vistex Institute.

Stanislawczyk is actively engaged with the energy storage industry. He has been an important contributor to key industry efforts, including Battery Council International’s United States Battery Briefing on Capital Hill in 2023. He is also an active member of MEMA, the vehicle suppliers association. Stanislawczyk is a member of the Automotive Sales Council and past Board of Governors.

Stanislawczyk and his wife Beth reside in Mohnton, Pa., and are active members of the Berks County community.
